For those of you who don't know, I work for the internet banking department for a bank, Since it's a call center sometimes customer care calls will get routed to us, so we sometimes get to answer regular banking questions so here goes;
Me: Thank you for Calling Suntrust My Name is Julia, May I have your full name please?
Client: Billy Bob ( I don't remember his name)
Me: Thank Mr. Bob, how can I help you?
Client: Yes, I just have a question, How much is the $32.00 non-sufficient fund fee?
Me: Um... I'm sorry sir, I think I misunderstood your question could you repeat that for me?
Client: Yes, how much is the $32.00 non-sufficient fund fee?
Me: Um.. Ok...I believe that would be $32.00
Client: Oh Ok, Thanks
Me: Was there anything else I could help you?
Client: No, that's all thank you.
You can imagine the puzzled look I had on my face during that call...

That story was funny.
Here's one for you. My friend Sue has a friend named Matoka who called her yesterday to find out if Sue had moved. Sue said "No, I live where I've always lived at 1601 Barberry Lane, why." Matoka said that the Christmas card,which she addressed to 1605, had been returned. Matoka said this happens to me every year - the Christmas cards come back. Sue said that every year she has lived at 1601 Barberry Lane, not 1605. Matoka hand-carried the card over to Sue's yesterday evening and they had a good laugh over it.
